Hi,
if you have bought the Tango in germany you should have the old german documents. This should be enough that the Tango should get the registration in germany.
But one point is that the Tango will not have an valid TÜV certification and if the old one is more than 2 years old the buyer will have to do a new full cirtification at the TÜV.

Hello,
the Italian law says that to export the caravan abroad I have to deliver the original documents and the original plate of the trailer to the Italian state ,to the German buyer i can deliver certified photocopy of the documents.
This may be fine to a German buyer?
I am trying to contact the agency that has registered the caravan in Italy to see if they have a copy of the German documents, unfortunately I have not been given.
If I bring my trailer bordering Italy austria a German buyer can take it with a German number plate and take it home?
thanks

Hello,
I called the registration office and they need the original documents.
TÜV also need it.
If you have drilled some holes in the chassis to mount the mover, german TÜV said its not allowed to change anything at the chassis.
So a german buyer can't registrate it.
